Absolutely loved the welcoming staff, especially Marco and Nino, who made us feel right at home. The Superior Double Room with Mountain View offered a stunning sight of the snowy trees. Clean and warm rooms. Comfy beds made our stay cozy. We appreciated the variety during breakfast. However, check-in was a bit rocky due to communication issues with the staff. Also, the icy parking lot caused some slips, which was concerning. Overall, despite a few hiccups, the charm of this place won us over.

Stunning balcony view of the Dolomites every morning.

The gravel car park brought a fair amount of noise issues, especially at night when late arrivals disturbed the peace. Upgrading to a seemingly larger room still felt cramped, leaving a lot to be desired in terms of space. The breakfast, while decent, would benefit from including Italian tomatoes to elevate the experience.

great stay but some small issues
The location is fantastic—quiet yet close to two cable cars for big hiking adventures! The staff went above and beyond, making sure all our needs were met. Dinner at the restaurant was delightful, especially the cozy outdoor bar with log fires, creating a perfect ambience. The mountain view from our room was breathtaking, enhancing our overall experience.
The breakfast options were lovely but could use a bit more variety.
